One job first, and a person checks every output
We start with one job that is mostly reading and writing — enquiry replies, quotes, notes, long documents. AI does the first pass; a named person approves it, from wherever they are, before anything leaves the business. What it must never touch is written down, and the accounts stay in your name.
Customer and staff data does not go into an AI tool without your written say-so.

First we watch how the work actually happens and write down every step. Then we take the ones that repeat — the chasing, the re-typing, the reminders, the monthly report — and build them to run on their own, on tools you already pay for, so the work keeps moving when nobody is in the office.
